TO PLACE AN ORDER
1) email: rootcadenza@gmail.com
2) Your email should include the following:
-product code or name that you're interested in as the 'Subject'
-your email address in the 'Message'
-any queries
3) We will send you an invoice if the item you're interested in is still available
PAYMENT
Once we've corresponded and agreed on payment, you can pay either through
1) POSB Funds Transfer (with a snapshot of your atm receipt)
OR
2) Interbank Transfer
payment has to be made within 24 hrs as priority will be given to those with confirmed orders
Upon receiving and verifying your payment, we will send your items out ASAP!
POSTAGE CHARGES: prices indicated do not include postage charges
$1.50/$1 for 1 item(normal mail)
$2 for 2 items (normal mail)
$3 for 3 items (normal mail)
$4 for >3 items (normal mail)
additional $2.24 above normal postage charges for registered mail
TERM & CONDITIONS
1) All prices stated do not include postage charges unless otherwise specified
2) We do not do reservation of items
3) We are not responsible for any lost parcels / damaged mailed out items if you did not opt for registered mail.
4) We do not do refunds, returns or exchanges unless the items received is defected or the item is out of stock
5) Exchanges must be done within 14 days from purchase date and they should not be washed
